學習目標
1. Students will be able to understand the net-zero carbon emission strategies in today's sustainable agricultural production environment. 2. Students will enhance their understanding of climate change, global ecosystems, and sustainable environments through environmental science. 3. Students will understand agricultural carbon-neutral management, carbon sequestration, and carbon trading operations, preparing them for future applications in related industries. 4. Students will develop the ability to evaluate the interrelationships between human survival, agricultural production, and environmental sustainability and understand the role of net-zero carbon emission agricultural production in mitigating climate change.

This specialization module is composed of five courses, totaling 15 credits, as described below:<br>1. Foundational Courses: Introduction to Net Zero Carbon Emission Agriculture<br>This course provides the core foundation for agricultural production environments, allowing students to establish basic concepts about farm production and understand net-zero carbon emission strategies across various fields such as agronomy, agricultural chemistry, horticulture, livestock, plant pathology, and forestry.<br>2. Theoretical Courses: Climate Change and Environmental Ecology<br>This course introduces the impact of climate change caused by the greenhouse effect on human living environments and natural resources, as well as strategies to respond to the impact of climate change.<br>3. Methodological Courses: Forest Carbon Sink and Carbon Credit Trading, Greenhouse Gas and Animal Agriculture<br>These courses emphasize advanced theories and analytical methods, emphasizing practical applications in net-zero carbon emission agriculture. These courses emphasize applying net-zero carbon emission strategies in livestock management. Topics include key techniques and practices for achieving net-zero emissions in livestock farming, from basic animal husbandry science to waste reduction, resource utilization, waste-to-energy processes, and overall carbon accounting in animal farming. The course content is designed to balance foundational theory with practical methods. <br>4. Capstone Course: Theory and Models of Environmental Valuation<br>The final course uses economic theory and empirical analysis methods to explore the dynamic interactions between the environment and humans and how these interactions affect each other.
