學習目標
1.Students will be able to describe the fundamental knowledge and principles of behavioral science and health education and apply them to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health education and health behavior change programs.
2.Students will be able to explain the influence of gender and other socio-psychological factors on health and behavior, and analyze and critically evaluate related issues.
3.Students will be able to identify the core concepts of health communication and design health messages and communication strategies appropriate for audience literacy.
4.Students will be able to grasp the practical operations of community resources and community organizations to assess community health needs and intervention strategies.

修課指引
The curriculum is organized into four levels<br>Level 1 Foundational Course:Health Psychology<br>Level 2:Theoretical Courses, with three themes<br> Behavioral science theme: multiple choice courses<br> 1.Behavioral Science and Health Education<br> 2.Adolescent Health and Health Behavior <br> 3.Addictive Behaviors: Etiology, Evaluation, and Regulation <br> Social science theme: multiple choice courses<br> 1.Gender and Health<br> 2.Health Social Science<br> Health communication theme: multiple choice courses<br> 1.Society, Culture, and Health Communication<br> 2.Social Media and Health.<br>Level 3:Methods Courses: multiple choice courses<br> 1.Social and Behavioral Sciences Research Methods<br> 2.Qualitative Methods in Public Health.<br>Level 4:Community Practice and Application Courses: multiple choice courses<br> 1.Methods and Practices for Community Health Promotion<br> 2.Community Health Development <br> 3.Community Health and Spatial Analysis.<br><br>Except for the Level 1 foundational course (EMI), all other levels include alternative courses. Students may freely choose the courses that best fit their interests while still achieving the learning goals of the Health Behavior and Community Sciences specialty track.<br>Example 1: For students whose primary interests lie in the relationship between adolescent sexual behavior and social media, as well as the enhancement of sexual health through community interventions, they are advised to select the following courses: Health Psychology → Adolescent Health and Health Behavior → Gender and Health → Social Media and Health → Social and Behavioral Sciences Research Methods → Community Health Development<br>Example 2: For students whose primary interests lie in the etiology, evaluation, and social regulation of addictive behaviors, and the utilization of qualitative research to explore the influence of social and cultural factors on health communication, they are advised to select the following courses: Health Psychology → Addictive Behaviors: Etiology, Evaluation, and Regulation → Health Social Science → Society, Culture, and Health Communication → Qualitative Methods in Public Health → Methods and Practices for Community Health Promotion
