The goal of this specialized module is to deepen capabilities in electronic component-related academic fields, further extending the learned semiconductor component technology to nano-component technology, providing students with resources and an environment that extends from basic electronic technology to the scope of frontier component application technology, cultivating the necessary talent for Taiwan’s related industry and academia. Through the nanoelectronics and integrated-circuit technologies specialized module, students with a basic concept of semiconductor electronic components can further extend their knowledge to advanced nano-component technology and applications, starting from the foundation of modern physics and progressing to the theory and manufacturing methods of advanced nano-semiconductor components. It focuses on enhancing students’ knowledge and training in nanoelectronics and integrated-circuit technologies, aiming to effectively assist students in learning and developing the nano-electronic components required by current industry and academia.
