Our country’s power system and power electronics technology and industry have a solid foundation. Taiwan’s demand for energy transition and industries related to green energy and power electronics has also been continuously increasing in recent years. Through the promotion of this specialized module, the aim is to enable students to keep up with the global development trend in this field and inspire the research and breakthrough of innovative technology and applications. Through this specialized module, students first take foundational courses to acquire the tools necessary for theoretical courses, and then take Introduction to Power Engineering and Introduction to Power Electronics to learn the important theories and applications of power systems and power electronics. This course module can not only strengthen students’ core professional capabilities but also help students establish their individual research direction. This module can also continuously cultivate talent to enter the industry and inspire students to develop innovative technology and applications, assisting the transformation and upgrading of Taiwan’s related industries.
