預期學習效益
Goals and Expected Learning Outcomes		 培養系所學生在公共圖書館管理中，對於圖書館管理及讀者公共關係在理論認識與實務應用能力。透過此領域專長的修習，可增進本系學生對於公共圖書館管理議題的了解，深化學生在公共圖書館管理與讀者服務的理論及實務知識，培養未來投入圖書館事業所需的專業知識與政策擬定能力。

Course-taking Guidelines		 欲選擇此專長的學生，應先修習參考資訊服務，建立基本的讀者服務概念，再修習讀者互動課程。並依學生興趣，選修特殊讀者服務（三選二）與進階機構管理課程（三選一）。
