Goals and Expected Learning Outcomes		 目標 本領域專長模組之目標在於橋接大學基礎物理及數學課程，轉化於半導體工程領域應用之知識，提供學生從基礎科學到應用技術的垂直整合學習環境。 預期學習效益 經由半導體領域專長模組，將可提供學生一個完整的學習規畫，由基礎物理出發，落實至半導體電子元件操作原理與製作方法，著重於銜接大學生基本學習與研究生進階發展之垂直型學習架構，以建立半導體相關領域技術之基礎。
