Goals and Expected Learning Outcomes		 目標 本領域專長模組之目標在於深化電子元件相關學識領域的能力，將已學習的半導體元件技術進一步拓展至奈米元件技術，提供學生資源與環境，從基礎電子技術延伸至前瞻元件應用技術的範疇，為台灣相關產學界厚植所需人才。 預期學習效益 經由奈米元件及積體電路技術領域專長模組，將可讓具有基礎半導體電子元件概念的學生進一步延伸至前瞻奈米元件技術與應用，由近代物理基礎知識出發，推展至前瞻奈米半導體元件的理論與製作方法，著重於提升學生對於奈米元件與積體電路技術之知識與訓練，期能有效地協助學生針對現階段產學界所需要的奈米電子元件進行學習與發展。
